How skin boosters differ from filler
Filler is placed beneath the skin to lift and sculpt. Skin boosters are placed within the skin, in a fine grid over larger areas, to improve skin quality. They suit the face, neck, hands and décolletage, places where skin shows dryness and crepiness first.
Your treatment plan
- Two to three sessions, two to four weeks apart, restore elasticity and smoothness gradually.
- A maintenance session about every six months keeps the result.
- According to the manufacturer, clinical studies show improved elasticity in the face and hands for up to 12 months after the first course, and Restylane Skinboosters have been used for more than 12 years with over 3.5 million treatments.

Skin boosters FAQ
Will skin boosters change the shape of my face?
No. They hydrate and improve the quality of the skin rather than adding volume. For shape and volume, see dermal fillers.
